Layla is very good at stealing hearts. Happens all the time. Her foster says she is sweet, affectionate, loyal, well-mannered, and like most Corgis, extremely skilled as a herd dog. Other dogs in the house may not find that funny, so we are recommending Layla’s forever spot is either an experienced Corgi lover or a home where Layla can be the only dog.
Here is the essence of Layla: On her first night with her foster, she spontaneously demonstrated her list of tricks: Shake, roll over, all that. Layla is also good with cats and a very happy walk-down-the-street girl. Our vets discovered that at age 8 she does have Cushing’s, easily controlled with one daily medication.
